**Job Title**: English Faculty - Grade 11 & 12 (CBSE)

**Organization**: Sri Edu Foundation
**Location**: Sarjapur, Bangalore
**Experience Required**: Minimum 2 Years (CBSE Curriculum - Grade 11 & 12)
**Joining**: Immediate or Within 1 Week

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver well-structured, engaging, and interactive lessons.
- Prepare lesson plans, assessments, assignments, and project guidelines as per CBSE norms.
- Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and oral assessments.
- Prepare students for CBSE board exams, internal assessments, and presentations.
- Maintain a disciplined and positive classroom learning environment.
- Collaborate with academic coordinators for curriculum planning and academic progress.

**Work Location & Schedule**:

- **Job Location**: Sarjapur, Bangalore
- Must be **comfortable commuting to Sarjapur Campus** on a regular basis.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in English Literature/Language or related field.
- **Minimum 2 years of experience teaching English for Grade 11 & 12 CBSE**.
- Strong command over written and spoken English.
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and presentation skills.
- Must be confident in preparing students for board exams.
- Should be available to join **immediately or within 1 week**.

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Passion for teaching and mentoring senior secondary students.
- Ability to inspire and engage learners through creative and critical approaches.
- Familiarity with CBSE board exam pattern and marking schemes.
- Willingness to contribute to co-curricular and academic initiatives.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
