**Job Description: English Faculty - Grades 5 to 10**

**Location**: Emerald School, Bangalore
**Joining Date**: 1st Week of February 2025

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching English Language and Literature**:

- Deliver engaging and effective lessons for students from Grades 5 to 10, in alignment with the CBSE syllabus.
- Foster critical thinking, creativity, and a strong foundation in grammar, comprehension, and writing skills.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Plan and design lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment strategies tailored to CBSE requirements.
- Encourage extracurricular reading and activities to enhance language skills.
- **Student Engagement and Support**:

- Provide individual attention to students to address their learning needs.
- Conduct remedial sessions to help students excel in English.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:

- Maintain open communication with parents and school administration.
- Collaborate with colleagues for interdisciplinary teaching and holistic student development.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in English with a mandatory **Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.)** qualification.
- **Experience**: Proven experience teaching English, with expertise in handling the CBSE curriculum for Grades 5 to 10.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong classroom management and organizational abilities.
- Creative teaching techniques to make learning interactive and enjoyable.

**Other Requirements**:

- Willingness to relocate and stay on campus as part of the school community.
- Ready to join immediately in February 2025.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
