**Job Overview**:
The associate handles mortgage servicing escrow analysis on all escrowed mortgage loans. Job duties include preparation of escrow analysis statements for customers and aiding with other internal departments with escrow analysis questions from customers. The Escrow Analyst Specialist research customer’s escrow accounts and payment history as needed to ensure the correct information is on the statement
- Manage the timely completion and review of escrow data to ensure compliance with all RESPA and state guidelines.
- As An Escrow Analyst, responsible for the day-to-day activities of escrowing and receiving funds from the borrower.
- Documenting all transactions, reconciling accounts, and keeping records of all funds. This includes making sure that all necessary systems are updated timely manner

**Qualification & Experience**

- Educational qualification and years of experience required in any specific domain/skill for the role_
- Basic Degree completion (15 years of education)
- Good written and oral communications skills in English
- 3 years of US Mortgage Experience.
- Good exposure to MS office - especially MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint.
- Demonstrates a strong attention to detail.
- Capable of responding swiftly, engaging in critical thinking, and collaborating effectively within a dynamic team in a fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to work night shifts and in an office environment.
