Operations executives will be responsible for coordinating sample collection in various cities. Each and every order needs to be verified for timely collection and drop of samples. Also the operations executives will be responsible for coordinating with different labs / hospitals in delivering test reports on time. Timely collection, assigning of orders to collection against, verifying customer payments and on time delivery of results comes under the operations department.

**Responsibilities**
- Routing and assigning of orders to collection agents
- Managing daily operations
- Verifying timely collection and drop of samples
- Ensure the test reports are delivered on time to customers
- Verifying customer payments prior to result delivery
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing a feasible solution to customer inquiries.
- Updating price list of various labs and hospitals

**Skills**
- Good communication skills

- Shall be able to manage multiple cities
- Ownership mindset
- Punctual and well organized

**Qualification**
- Bachelors
- MBA would be given preference
- Work Experience as a coordinator or operations executive or customer relations management is an added advantage.

**Working Hours**
- 7:00 am-4:00 pm
- 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
