Position Overview
The Operations Assistant plays a key role in supporting the daily functions of the operations team. This role ensures smooth workflow, efficient resource management, and timely execution of tasks across departments. The Operations Assistant acts as a bridge between management and staff, helping maintain productivity and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative support: Handle correspondence, prepare reports, and maintain records.
- Scheduling and coordination: Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Data management: Collect, input, and analyse operational data for reporting.
- Inventory and supply tracking: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with vendors.
- Process improvement: Identify inefficiencies and suggest enhancements.
- Compliance monitoring: Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
- Team support: Assist colleagues with operational tasks and provide cross-departmental support.
Skills & Qualifications
- Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication.
- Technical proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office, databases, and scheduling tools.
- Problem-solving ability: Quick thinking and adaptability in dynamic environments.
- Attention to detail: Accuracy in data entry, reporting, and compliance checks.
- Team collaboration: Positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
- 0–1 years of experience in operations, administration, or office support roles.

Pay: ₹10, ₹17,000.97 per month
