**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Executive Support**:
- Manage executives' calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and coordinate follow-up actions.
- Handle confidential information and ensure sensitive matters are addressed discreetly.
- **Office Management**:
- Oversee the ordering of office supplies and coordinate with vendors for office equipment maintenance.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files.
- Serve as a point of contact for office-related matters and support team coordination.
- **Communication**:
- Draft, edit, and distribute internal communications, memos, and announcements.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate information flow and document updates.
- **Project and Event Coordination**:
- Assist with planning company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Track project timelines and report progress, coordinating across departments.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and summaries for meetings and project briefs.
- **Financial Assistance**:
- Manage expense reports, reimbursements, and financial documentation.
- Assist with budget tracking, financial reporting, and preparing supporting documents for accounting.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,273.95 - ₹33,550.55 per month
