**Responsibilties**

**Financial Record-Keeping**:
Maintain and update financial records, including income, expenses, assets and liabilities.

Accurately record financial transactions in accounting software or ledgers.

Ensure data integrity and consistency in financial reporting.

**Financial Reporting**:
Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets and cash flow statements.

Communicate financial information clearly and accurately.

Provide financial forecasts and variance analysis to support decision-making.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations and company policies

**Account Reconciliation**:
Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records.

**Process Improvement**:
Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency within the finance department.

Implement best practices to enhance financial processes.

**Documentation and Record-Keeping**:
Maintain organised and up-to-date financial documentation and records.

Safeguard financial information and maintain confidentiality.

Deposit Cash or Cheques in the bank.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.

1 year to 2 years of experience in accounting.

Basic Knowledge in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards and regulations.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vasco Da Gama, Goa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Taxation: 2 years (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Tally (preferred)
