**Full Job Description**

Position Summary: The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales of agrochemical products and services within a defined geographic region. The individual will be required to identify potential customers, develop sales strategies, and manage customer relationships. The position requires a deep understanding of the agrochemical industry and its products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify potential customers within the assigned geographic region and develop strategies to generate new business.
- Maintain and expand existing customer relationships through regular visits, follow-ups, and support.
- Provide technical support to customers and offer solutions based on their specific needs.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets for sales volume, revenue, and profitability.
- Gather and analyze market information to stay up-to-date on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts, and track sales activities against targets.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote company products and services.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

- 10th or +2 in Agriculture, Business Administration, or related field.
- A minimum of 1 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in the agrochemical industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales software.
- Proficiency in local languages is preferred

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,520.00 per month
