- Have relevant experience as CTO, Head of Engineering, Head of Technology or Lead/Principal Architect
- Are an experienced and knowledgeable leader who is excited to encounter and solve problems
- Enjoy being a pioneer in new approaches to architecture and embrace novelty and challenges
- Have a critical-thinking mindset that derives work focus from detail to a bigger picture
- Practice building strong relationships with architecture teams and clients
- Support and mentor technical teams and clients to build a collaborative and effective work culture
- Successfully articulate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audiences including C-level stakeholders
- Prefer to work on agile software development projects with globally distributed teams
- Have strong public, conversational, and written communication skills with fluent English as essential
- Own bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field

**Technical skills and qualifications**:

- Understanding in-depth information security and privacy concepts needed in modern solution architecture
- Having a deep understanding and experience with different modern architecture approaches and processes
- Proposing solution alternatives to each business problem and identifying the best for the circumstances, advocating and ensuring its adoption and acceptance amongst the stakeholders
- Evaluating and recommending external products and services that will form part of the solution delivery
- Providing technical consultancy, guidance, and leadership to the various technology partners and delivery teams involved with solutions delivery and ensuring adherence to the established principles
- Leading architecture teams in the planning, and implementation of a cohesive solution architectures
- Designing both on-premises and cloud solutions but open for hybrid solutions as well
