**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Business Development**:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the construction and interior design sectors.
- Promote and sell Kompac WPC and UPVC products to potential clients, including builders, architects, and interior designers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure repeat business.
- **Marketing & Branding**:

- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Manage and update content on digital platforms, including the company website and social media channels.
- Coordinate promotional activities and events to showcase Kompac products.
- **Customer Support & Coordination**:

- Provide product information and technical support to clients and prospects.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and installation of products.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Freshers are welcome to apply.
- **Skills**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and marketing.
