**Position Overview**: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Fresher Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to help them achieve their business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (cold calling, networking, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Present and demonstrate our software development services to potential clients.
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- A fresh graduate or someone with 0-1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical services.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, website creation, or mobile apps is a plus.
