Lekha Interiors is seeking a passionate and creative Marketing Executive to join our team and play a vital role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to understand target audience preferences and industry trends.
- Create and implement marketing campaigns across various channels (online and offline) to generate leads and brand awareness.
- Manage Lekha Interiors' online presence, including website content, social media channels, and online reputation.
- **Lead generation**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted lead generation activities (e.g., online advertising, content marketing, networking).
- Qualify leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
- **Client relationship management**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Address client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- **Analytics and reporting**:

- Track the performance of marketing campaigns and measure ROI (Return on Investment).
- Analyze data and provide insights to inform future marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on lead generation and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of the interior design industry (a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in social media marketing and content creation tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
