**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Human Resources team as a Placement coordinator. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience and training in various aspects of HR Operations, including recruitment, campus drive, admin and more.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Organize and facilitate Campus placements and other events to connect students with Companies to enhance their employability skills.
- Collect feedback from students, job seekers and companies to enhance the placement program.
- Implement strategies to enhance the effectiveness of the placement process.
- Proficiency in maintaining and analyzing accurate databases of placements, job offers, and other relevant statistics for reporting purpose.
- Following up with the clients and the students, post the offer and placement.

**Educational Qualification**:

- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as career counselling, human resources, education, or a related discipline is often required.
- 1-years of experience in placement coordinators, recruiter or other HR areas. **Freshers are also welcome.**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Require skills in promoting placement services to employers and students through various channels, including social media and outreach events.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
