**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Essential Duties /Responsibilities/ Skill Set**
- Calling active and new clients for business generation.
- Directing prospects to the sales team when needed.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Keep records of calls and sales information and make notes of each conversation.
- Fix the meetings with interested clients.
- Call on data provided and generate fresh data and leads.
- Addressing clients uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
- Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
- Will be responsible to handle inbound calls.
- Strong Inbound / Outbound call handling potential.

**Skill Required: -**
1.Prior experience as a telecaller or similar.
3.Must have good verbal communication.
