**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Books Publishing Experience**: Manage the end-to-end book publishing process, including manuscript editing, design coordination, and final product delivery. Must have Books printing and publishing knowledge.
- **Tender Knowledge**: Handle tenders related to publishing and printing projects, ensuring compliance and timely submissions.
- **Print Production & Planning Control**: Plan and oversee the printing process, ensuring timely production and adherence to quality standards.
- **Vendor Follow-ups**: Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of materials and services.
- **Inventory Control**: Manage inventory levels of books and paper, ensuring sufficient stock for operations without overstocking.
- **Order Management**: Process and manage customer orders, ensuring prompt fulfillment and delivery.
- **Procurement**: Oversee the procurement of books, paper, and other necessary materials, ensuring cost-effective and timely purchasing.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in book publishing and print production.
- Strong understanding of tender processes.
- Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory control and procurement practices.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
