Operations Intern - Vendor Coordination & Material Management

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to assist our operations team in managing day-to-day coordination tasks related to vendor communication and material tracking. This role is essential to ensuring smooth backend operations and accurate material records.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate daily with the team leader to receive updates and prioritize tasks.
- Organize and systematically catalog materials received from various vendors.
- Maintain and update Excel sheets with material lists, received quantities, pending items, and other relevant details.
- Ensure all documentation related to received materials is properly filed and easy to access.
- Flag discrepancies or delays in delivery to the team leader for resolution.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, formatting, basic formulas).
- Good communication skills (spoken and written) for vendor coordination.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently with accountability.
- Prior experience in coordination or admin roles (internships or projects) is a bonus but not mandatory.
