We are looking for a talented and creative **Web Designer** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design and development of high-quality, user-friendly websites that provide an excellent user experience. You will work closely with the development team, marketing team, and other stakeholders to create visually appealing and functional websites.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop responsive, user-friendly websites optimized for different devices and browsers.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Maintain and update existing websites with new content, design elements, or technical improvements.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs.
- Ensure websites comply with brand guidelines, SEO best practices, and web standards.
- Optimize web pages for speed and performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or Sketch.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify.
- Understanding of responsive design and best practices for mobile-first websites.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and web performance optimization.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web design projects.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and tools.
- Basic knowledge of back-end technologies or frameworks (e.g., PHP, Ruby on Rails).
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

- Bachelor's (preferred)
