**Web Designer -**To be successful in this role, one needs to have excellent visual design skills and be proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator along with front end development.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Conceptualizing creative ideas with clients
- Testing and improving the design of the website
- Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices
- Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards
- Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with branding for clients
- Working with different content management systems
- Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes
- Incorporating functionalities and features into websites
- Designing sample pages including colors and fonts
- Preparing design plans and presenting the website structure

**Skills: -**
- Experience - 1-3 years as Web Designer or in related field
- Having Sound knowledge of web designing, Photoshop, CSS, CSS3, HTML, Bootstrap, HTML5, UI/UX designing, Illustrator
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design
- Manage and maintain a library of design components
- Good Communication Skills & Time Management -Good at visualization & making Clean Web layouts. Communication skills are additional edge.
- Proven work experience as a Front-end developer
- Hands-on experience with markup languages
- Experience with JavaScript, CSS and jQuery.
- In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment).
- Understanding of layout aesthetics.
- An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical and multitasking skills

**Academic Qualifications**:
BE, BA (Fine Arts), MA (Fine Arts) BTECH, BCA, MCA, MSc, BSc (Computer-Science), Diploma in Creative Designing.
