**Job Overview**:
**ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE**:

- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, including motors, transformers, PLCs, and control panels.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical components to ensure optimal performance.
- Install and commission electrical equipment and wiring systems in compliance with safety regulations.
- Diagnose and rectify faults in electrical circuits, sensors, and automation systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and electrical safety protocols.

**MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE**:

- Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical equipment such as mixers, pumps, conveyors, and packaging machines.
- Monitor and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems used in the manufacturing process.
- Inspect, lubricate, and replace machine parts to reduce wear and tear.
- Conduct routine maintenance to minimize machine breakdowns and improve equipment efficiency.
- Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities with mínimal disruption.

**GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure operational efficiency.
- Follow safety guidelines and contribute to workplace hazard reduction.
- Assist in the procurement of spare parts and maintenance materials.
- Provide technical support for process improvement initiatives.

**Experience**:
**3-5 years** of hands-on maintenance experience in a **Paint/** **chemical Manufacturing or a similar Industrial**

**Qualification**:
**Diploma / ITI** in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Maintenance Engineering.

**PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS (OPTIONAL)**:
1. Electrical License or Certification in Industrial Maintenance.

2. Training in **PLC programming, VFD, and industrial automation**.

3. Safety certification (e.g., OSHA, ISO, or equivalent).
