Job Description as a Tele Sales Executive, your Primary job function includes the following:

- Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to generate interest in the product or service.
- Address customer concerns and objections to overcome potential barriers to a sale.
- Coordinate with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to optimize sales efforts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and details of sales.
- Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, answer additional questions, and guide customers through the sales process.
- Develop a deep understanding of the products or services offered to effectively communicate their features and benefits.
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria to ensure they meet the target customer profile.
- Build rapport with customers, identify their needs, and offer solutions that align with their requirements.

**Qualifications**
- Graduation or Diploma in Marketing

**Key Skills**
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to convince potential customers to make a purchase.
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

**Experience**

Minimum experience of 3-5 years in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role is beneficial. OR

Steady experience in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant sales tools.
