Personal Assistant to CEO

**Responsibilities**
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- Assist in the management and organization of the CEOs calendar by scheduling appointments, meetings, engagements, and daily activities.
- Prepare agendas, attend meetings, and prepare Minutes for the meeting.
- Coordinate the hosting of all in-house events.
- **Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Extremely detail oriented to ensure accuracy and quality across
- Must be flexible and willing to work extra time during busy times and on call during weekends and after business hours
- Demonstrate highest level of ethics and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times with all situations and documentation.

**Qualification and Skill**
- Education: - Any Graduate
- Experience - 2-3 Years

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kochi, Ernakulam - 682037, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
