**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify potential business leads and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team with prospecting, market research, and maintaining a database of leads and prospects.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and competitors in the industry.
- **Sales Presentations**: Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to potential clients, highlighting Elcom Digital’s offerings.
- **Sales Reports**: Track sales activities, lead status, and performance metrics, and provide regular reports to the senior management team.
- **Collaboration with Teams**: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align business development strategies with overall company goals.
- **Follow-ups & Negotiations**: Engage in follow-ups and negotiations with potential clients to close deals and finalize agreements.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for driving business growth.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and lead generation tools (preferred).
- Willingness to learn and grow in the business development field.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
