**Job description**:
Almond Books is hiring a B.Com/BSc/BMS under graduates to assist in daily operations (order fulfillment, online catalog management, customer service and book interior designing)

**Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Oversee daily order fulfillment (scheduling courier, packing and shipping)
- Follow up on customer inquiries and order tracking
- Maintain accurate customer databases, activity logs, and reports
- Vendor coordination and management
- Manage inventory
- Good communication skills in English
- Strong coordination and management
- Assist in content formatting
- Support the overall operation as necessary

**Requirements**:
1. Available to work from Exam18 office in Mumbai for 6 months.
2. Strong interest to build career in Operations.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Some knowledge of WordPress and Excel.
5. Strong attention to detail and process oriented.

9am - 6pm, Mon to Sat
Sunday holiday
