**Responsibilities**:

- Research and identify potential clients in both domestic and international market for IT services provided by Hutech Solutions.
- Utilise LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, and other platforms to identify,attract and engage with potential clients.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria for potential conversion.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
- Craft compelling proposals and communicate our value proposition effectively.
- Write persuasive proposals and bids to secure projects and contracts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive business growth.
- Track metrics, provide reports, and optimize lead generation strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective lead handover and smooth transition of clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of B2B lead generation experience in the IT industry.
- Proven track record in generating leads and driving business in the IT industry.
- Ability to manage and nurture prospects effectively.
- Excellent client handling and relationship management skills.
- Proactive and self-driven with a strong ability to work independently.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.

**Salary**: ₹35,256.00 - ₹51,389.00 per month
