Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers, journals, and balance sheets
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring that all invoices and payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner
- Process payroll and maintain employee records related to payroll and benefits
- Prepare and file GST returns and other tax-related documents
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to management
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, customers, and auditors

Job Requirements:

- Good knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
- Proficiency in Tally and MS Office
- Knowledge of GST and other tax regulations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Vapi, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Taxation: 1 year (preferred)
