**We are looking for a passionate and dedicated**Art Designer** to join our team in**Changsha, China****

**What You'll get to do**:

- Responsible for the 3D creation of realistic game character heads, including modeling, texturing, and topology;
- Adjust and optimize models within Unreal Engine to ensure high-quality in-game presentation;
- Estimate time required for character model production and provide regular progress updates;
- Establish character asset standards, ensuring strict quality control over models and textures;
- Participate in character animation and clothing production to maintain consistency in overall appearance.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Fine Arts or related field preferred, with strong skills in realistic character reproduction and over 3 years of relevant experience;
- Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to and assess evolving art production workflows;
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Maya, ZBrush, Substance Painter, Photoshop, and Marvelous Designer;
- In-depth understanding of human facial anatomy, including bones and muscles, with excellent character reproduction capabilities.

**Here's what we offer**:
