**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the Art and Craft department, overseeing the development and execution of creative curriculum.
- Design and update engaging art and craft materials for students.
- Collaborate with educators to ensure effective teaching strategies in art and craft.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of content to maintain high standards.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for teachers and staff.
- Stay updated with current trends in art and craft education to incorporate into curriculum.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Art and Craft educator, with leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of various art forms, techniques, and educational tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead a team and manage department activities.
- Creativity and passion for fostering artistic skills in students.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:
