**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute **social media strategies** to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Manage Zeesh’s presence across platforms such as **Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok**.
- Create **high-quality content** (graphics, videos, reels, stories, and posts) in collaboration with the design team.
- Monitor **trends in sneaker culture, streetwear fashion, and digital marketing** to stay ahead of the curve.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster community growth.
- Plan and optimize **paid social media campaigns** to increase brand reach and conversions.
- Analyze **performance metrics** and generate insights to refine content strategy.
- Coordinate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators for collaborations.
- Work closely with internal teams to **align content with brand campaigns and product launches**.
- Work on motion graphics and video editing to enhance digital content (preferred).

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **3 to 4 years** of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of **social media algorithms, engagement strategies, and paid advertising**.
- Hands-on experience in **content creation, copywriting, and storytelling**.
- Proficiency in **social media scheduling and analytics tools** (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Creative mindset with a passion for sneakers, fashion, and digital culture.
- Ability to **analyze trends and consumer behavior** to drive impactful campaigns.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to **manage multiple platforms and deadlines**.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Graduate in Social Media Specialisation.
- Experience with **sneaker or streetwear brands**.
- Knowledge of **video editing and motion graphics**.
- Prior experience in influencer marketing or brand partnerships.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
