**About Digitize Matrix**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and translate them into visually appealing designs.
- Design marketing materials such as banners, infographics, brochures, and advertisements while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness.
- Work efficiently to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality designs under tight timelines.
- Ensure all designs are optimised for various digital platforms and devices to maximise impact and user engagement.
- Assist in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance marketing campaigns and brand visibility.
- Maintain organised files and folders of design assets for easy access and future reference.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum 1 year + of experience as a Graphic Designer with proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, illustrator.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design skills and Canva expertise.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design principles.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
