**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in conducting **trademark searches** to identify conflicts with existing trademarks.
- Support in **trademark filing and registration** processes.
- Maintain and update **trademark databases** and records.
- Monitor **trademark renewals and compliance** with IP regulations.
- Assist in handling **trademark objections, oppositions, and disputes.**:

- Coordinate with **legal teams, IP attorneys, and clients** for trademark-related matters.
- Stay updated with **trademark laws, industry trends, and IP regulations**.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification preferred.
- Experience in a law office setting with a focus on intellectual property or patent law is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in legal drafting and document preparation.
- Proficiency in conducting legal research using various resources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with estate planning, family law, immigration law, or personal injury law is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in **Law (LLB), Intellectual Property, Business, or related field.**:

- Strong **understanding of trademark laws** and registration procedures.
- Good **research and analytical skills.**:

- Proficiency in **MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).**:

- Excellent **communication and documentation** skills.
- Ability to handle **multiple tasks with attention to detail.**:

- A proactive attitude and willingness to **learn and grow in the IP domain**
