Relativity Trainee

As a **Trainee - Relativity**, you will receive hands-on training in the end-to-end eDiscovery lifecycle, with a focus on the industry-leading Relativity platform. You will learn to manage and process legal data, assist in the preparation of client-ready datasets, and gain exposure to global eDiscovery tools and workflows. This role is ideal for individuals seeking a career at the intersection of law, technology, and data science.

**Responsibilities**
- Learn and support Relativity-based workflows including data ingestion, processing, review, and production
- Assist in managing large volumes of legal data while ensuring quality and compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and deadlines
- Maintain detailed documentation of processes and updates

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor of Technology (Computer Science)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools
- Effective communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and maintain performance under pressure
- Quick adaptability to evolving workflows and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with SQL is a plus
