Position: Export Executive (Export Marketing & Logistics)

Total Vacancy: 1

Education: Any Graduate, Diploma Holder, or MBA

Skills Required:
Fluency in English and Hindi.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in MS Office and export-related software

Knowledge of export documentation, international trade regulations, and logistics management

Key Responsibilities:
1. Export Documentation and Compliance:
Manage and coordinate all aspects of the export process, including order processing, documentation, and shipping.

Prepare and review export documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.

Ensure all export activities comply with applicable international trade regulations and laws.

2. Logistics and Shipping Coordination:
Negotiate freight rates and transportation contracts to optimize shipping costs.

Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs agents to ensure compliance with export regulations and facilitate smooth shipment clearance.

Track shipments and update stakeholders on delivery status, addressing any issues that may arise.

3. Client and Supplier Communication:
Maintain effective communication with clients, suppliers, and freight forwarders for timely delivery of goods.

4. Marketing and Market Research:
Support the sales team in identifying potential export markets and customers for business growth.

Research and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity to contribute to the company’s export strategies.

Develop marketing materials and strategies to attract and engage international customers, promoting the company's product offerings.

5. Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare reports on export activities, sales performance, market trends, and feedback from clients to improve service and strategic decision-making.

Experience Required:
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in export-related roles.

Additional Details:
Salary Range: ₹20,000-₹30,000 per month (Industry Standard)
