**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Academic Counselor. As an Academic Counselor, your primary responsibility will be to provide guidance and support to prospective students and their parents, helping them make informed decisions about the courses we offer. Your role will play a crucial part in shaping the academic journey of our students and ensuring their success.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement: Greet and interact with walk-in clients in a friendly and professional manner. Listen to their needs and aspirations, understand their academic goals, and provide appropriate counseling.

2. Course Explanation: Thoroughly explain the courses and educational programs we offer, highlighting the unique features, benefits, and career opportunities associated with each program.

3. Admission Tracking: Manage and maintain records of prospective students, including their contact details and preferences. Keep track of admission progress, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.

5. Excellent Communication: Possess exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to students, parents, and other stakeholders. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions.

6. Relationship Building: Develop strong and trustful relationships with students and their parents to understand their individual needs and offer tailored solutions.

7. Enrollment Targets: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve enrollment targets by converting prospective students into enrolled students through effective counseling and persuasive communication.

8. Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and changing academic requirements to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.

Additional Requirements for a Sales Executive:
9. Sales Skills: As a sales executive, you will be responsible for promoting our educational programs to potential students and generating leads. This will involve using persuasive selling techniques and demonstrating the value of our courses.

11. Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, including leads generated, conversions, and sales performance. Use this data to assess your progress and strategize for improved outcomes.

12. Customer Relationship Management: Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads, manage communication, and ensure a seamless sales process.

13. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management, contributing significantly to the growth and success of the organization.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in academic counseling or sales, preferably in an educational institution or a similar environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- A passion for education and a genuine desire to help students achieve their academic goals.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
