Responsibilities
- Maintenance of competitive customer pricing within John Crane ERP systems
- Coordinating with Commercial & Framework pricing queries
- Maintenance of complex master pricing file
- Maintenance of Commercial, Framework & Partner price books
- Maintenance of Global contract systemization
- Support Global portfolios and customers with new price record creation
- Regional sales and product analysis
- Supporting regional sales and product pricing rollout projects
- Competitor pricing market analysis
- Maintenance and ownership of the Global pricing inbox
- Develop, maintain and update master pricing file
- Collate and document market / customer insight, and develop response to key trends
- Provide key analysis and insights into pricing trends and regionally and locally
- Responding to Global pricing inbox requests within SLA requirements.
- Identify key accounts
- Establish and maintain relationships
- Document & report cost, pricing, margin
- Manage pricing data
- Support training rollout
- Develop bottom-up pricing records
- Support Global pricing factor creation
- Develop price training documentation
