Ø Responsible for day to day operations of the branch focusing on customer service, quality, people management and process adherence.

Ø Handling the revenue of the hospital.

Ø Ensure smooth functioning of the assigned branch.

Ø Tracking branch performance.

Ø Focus on patient satisfaction and quality.

Ø Random Patient Calls (Post OP Patients, General Patients, Emergency Cases)

Ø Interaction with Doctors about Targets, High Value Cases & Procedures.

Ø Co-ordination with Surgeons.

Ø Attending to patient Complaints of your zone & speaking to them personally.

Ø Daily and monthly report with summary of area with explanation.

Ø

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
