A faculty will be responsible to teach students, solve their doubts, guide them towards the right direction and take overall responsibility for the academic growth of our students.

**Qualification**:

- Relevant Teaching Experience MBA with 3-5 years of Teaching Experience

**Responsibilities**:

- The person will be responsible for taking classes as well as clearing the doubts of the students.
- Coaching, mentoring and evaluating student progress
- Create/innovate/implement and guide in student progress/career development activities
- Developing content (Study Material, Questions, Presentations, etc.)
- Develop assignments and send feedback to the students

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
