**Key Responsibilities**:Teaching and Curriculum Development**:

- Teach marketing courses such as Principles of Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Digital Marketing, Marketing Strategy, or Marketing Analytics at undergraduate and graduate levels.
- Develop and update course syllabi, lesson plans, and instructional materials to align with industry trends and academic standards.
- Use innovative teaching methods, including case studies, group projects, simulations, and technology-based tools.

**Research and Scholarship**:

- Conduct original research in marketing and publish findings in peer-reviewed journals, books, or conference proceedings.
- Collaborate with faculty, students, and industry professionals on research projects.
- Seek external funding for research initiatives and projects.
- Present research at academic conferences, workshops, and seminars.

**Student Mentorship and Advising**:

- Mentor and advise students on academic, research, and career-related matters.
- Supervise student research projects, theses, or internships in marketing.
- Promote student engagement through clubs, workshops, and competitions related to marketing.

**Service and Administration**:

- Participate in department meetings, curriculum planning, and faculty committees.
- Contribute to the development and review of marketing programs and courses.
- Represent the department at university events, industry partnerships, and outreach initiatives.
- Support accreditation and quality assurance processes for the marketing program.

**Community and Industry Engagement**:

- Build relationships with marketing professionals, businesses, and organizations to create opportunities for students.
- Facilitate guest lectures, industry visits, or live projects to bridge the gap between academia and practice.
- Stay informed about emerging marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance teaching and research.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 2 years (preferred)
