**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Ø Communicating with the target audiences and Coordinating with the customers and maintaining relationships with them.

Ø Research of competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.

Ø Managing to prepare designs as per the requirement of the customers while in coordination with the design department and directly with the clients.

Ø For preparation of new design for the customer, filling DESIGN MASTER form and forward it to the Design department and starting design creation.

Ø There can be creation of new design, making changes in the existing designs as per the requirement of the customers.

Ø Coordination with clients and design department till the design gets finalized. Ø Signing P.O. received from Jr. Executive Accounts - Graphics for further process.

Ø Coordination with production team in terms of production and quality issues, if any.

Ø Coordination with clients and factory dispatch department for dispatch of products to final destination.

Ø Follow up of Payment from the customers as per terms and conditions.

Ø Follow up of C Forms in time from all the clients.

Ø Handling Exhibitions and doing its related arrangement efficiently and manage to generate new clients from it.

Ø Maintaining and updating customer databases.

Ø Responsible for creating and delivering marketing ideas and activities to the management.

Ø Organizing sales visits at the regular interval of time of the existing customers and new prospective clients and submit travel report after returning from tour to reporting manager.

Ø Maintaining all files, documents, online folders as per system designed by the management.

Ø Prepare & provide MIS reports as per the requirement of the management.

Ø Handle and complete any back end related work.

Ø Do any work as and when allotted by the superiors.

Ø Reporting at Head office on daily basis to Reporting Manager.
- Educational Qualification : Bachelors in Any Field, Masters/Diploma in Marketing.
- Technical Skills : Should be fluent in English, Local language is must, Market Research, Initiative, Understanding the customer, Coordination.
- Behavioral Skills : Team work, Attention to Detail.
- Overall and Specific experience : 1 to 3 years of experience.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
