**Experience**: 0-2 years

**Salary**: 10000-18000 in hand + good incentive

**Qualification**: Minimum 12th Pass or Any Graduate
- Good Communication Skills
- Minimum 1 year experience or Fresher can also Apply
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection

**JOB DESCRIPTION FOR BACKHAND**

**Designation**:Back Office Executive

**Experience**: 0-2 years

**Salary**: Negotiable

**Qualification**: Minimum 12th Pass or Any Graduate
- Handle outbound customer calls, understand their requirement and suggest appropriate product and services.
- Overall Bank financial, Operations & A/c work.
- Resolving customers request, queries & issues.
- Cross verification of KYC.
- Maintain MIS reports, Recording, summarizing and analyzing data.
- Acquiring business with existing & new client.
- Able to handling Client/Customer queries also.
- Should be Eligible for Cross Sales.
- Should have Good Communication skill.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
