Tele Collection Executive

**Experience**: Minimum 2 years in collections (preferably in the hard bucket category).
- **Primary Responsibility**: Contact customers with overdue payments on business loans in the hard bucket category and persuade them to settle their outstanding amounts.
- **Communication**: Professionally handle calls and maintain effective communication with customers, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulations.
- **Follow-up**: Regularly follow up with delinquent customers to achieve recovery targets within specified timelines.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate repayment terms with customers and provide appropriate repayment solutions.
- **Record-Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and payment commitments in the system.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to legal and regulatory guidelines while dealing with sensitive financial information and resolving disputes.
- **Team Collaboration**: Coordinate with the recovery and legal teams for escalated cases.

**Key Skills**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in hard bucket collections.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet recovery targets.
- Familiarity with business loan products and collection tools.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in financial services or NBFCs.
- Knowledge of local languages (advantageous).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
