Looking for smart vibrant day trainers at Crib Gardenia

**Responsibilities**:
1. Plan and implement age-appropriate, engaging, and educational activities that promote language development and cater to the diverse learning needs of students.

2. Create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages children to feel safe, secure, and motivated to learn.

3.Monitor and assess students' progress in language development, social skills, and cognitive abilities, providing constructive feedback and adapting instruction as needed.

4.Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement best practices for child care ensuring a consistent approach across the preschool.

5.Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding students' progress, achievements, and areas for improvement with a focus on compassion

6.Attend and actively participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and events to stay current with the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education.

7.Ensure the safety, well-being, and overall health of students by adhering to Crib’s policies, procedures, and guidelines, as well as maintaining a clean and organized classroom environment.

8. Assist in the supervision of students during outdoor play, meal times, and other daily routines.

9.Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the Crib Gardenia administration.

Qualifications:
1. English language fluency with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Understanding of child development and the principles of early childhood education.

3. A genuine passion for working with young children and the ability to nurture their growth and development.

4. Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

5. Commitment to continuous professional development and lifelong learning.

6. Proficiency in using technology to support student learning and facilitate communication.
