Role and Responsibilities of Social Media Intern:
1. Content Creation:

- Develop engaging and creative content for various social media platforms, including text, image, and video content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall branding and messaging strategies.

2. Social Media Management:

- Schedule and publish content across different social media channels.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms.

3. Analytics and Reporting:

- Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
- Prepare regular reports on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

4. Campaign Execution:

- Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign consistency.

5. Trend and Audience Research:

- Stay updated on industry trends and social media best practices.
- Conduct research on target audience preferences and behaviors.

6. Community Engagement:

- Foster community engagement by responding to inquiries, comments, and messages promptly and professionally.
- Identify opportunities for user-generated content and community participation.

7. Collaboration:

- Work closely with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure cohesive and effective content creation.
- Collaborate with influencers or partners for potential collaborations.

8. Social Media Calendar Management:

- Assist in maintaining a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
- Coordinate with other marketing initiatives and events.

9. Adherence to Brand Guidelines:

- Ensure all social media content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.

10. Learning and Development:

- Stay informed about the latest social media trends, tools, and features.
- Seek opportunities for professional development in the field of social media marketing.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
