Responsibilities
- Vendor Management and Quotation Management for the office supplies and other office equipment.
- Keep a track of office supplies and inform to the concern staff to maintain the short supply.
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to appropriate persons.
- Manage the calendar and schedule appointments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Provide administrative support to various departments.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Assist in planning and organizing office events and meetings.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
