**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**:

- Identify and target potential students and parents who are interested in IIT, NEET and Foundation programs.
- Attend educational fairs, school events, and workshops to build awareness of the IIT Foundation offerings.
- **Sales & Conversion**:

- Conduct product presentations and explain the features, benefits, and outcomes of the IIT Foundation courses.
- Address queries and concerns raised by potential customers and convert leads into successful enrollments.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and schools to promote customer loyalty and retention.
- Engage with existing customers to upsell and cross-sell additional programs or services.
- **Market Intelligence**:

- Keep track of competitor offerings, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Share insights with the sales team to improve strategies and enhance customer acquisition.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in the CRM system.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance, lead generation activities, and market insights to the sales manager.
- Submit reports on sales pipeline and customer feedback.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
