**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a talented and motivated IT Technician to join our IT team. The IT Technician will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Technical Support: Provide first-level technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues, resolving problems promptly and effectively.

2. Hardware Maintenance: Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices.

4. Network Support: Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of network equipment, including routers, switches, and firewalls.

5. System Administration: Assist in user account management, password resets, and access control, ensuring compliance with security policies.

6. Troubleshooting:Diagnose and resolve technical problems, escalating complex issues to senior IT staff as needed.

7. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations, and support activities, updating documentation as necessary.

8. Security Compliance: Assist in implementing and enforcing IT security policies and procedures to protect company data and assets.

9. Backup and Disaster Recovery: Assist in the setup and testing of backup systems and procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.

10. User Training: Provide basic training and guidance to users on IT systems and best practices to enhance productivity and security awareness.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) preferred.
- Proven experience in a technical support role, with a minimum of [X] years supporting desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with users at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
