In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing horticultural operations to enhance the visual appeal and health of our plant products.

**Responsibilities**:
Curate and manage the product catalog for horticultural offerings on the e-commerce platform.
Implement and maintain quality standards for all horticultural products.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure product quality meets company standards.
Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality plants and horticultural products.
Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors.
Address customer inquiries related to horticultural products promptly and professionally.
Provide expert advice on plant care and selection.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking activities.
Implement effective inventory control measures.
Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns for horticultural products.
Contribute to the development of marketing strategies to boost sales.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities.
Make recommendations for improvements based on data insights.
Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and safe delivery of horticultural products.
Monitor transportation conditions to prevent damage to products.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in horticultural management, preferably in an e-commerce setting.
- Strong knowledge of plants, gardening, and horticultural products.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
