**Salary**: 12,000 to 15,000/
- **Experience**: 3-5 Years

**Education**: 10+2 with Horticulture Course Or ITI in a related field.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Plan and execute horticultural tasks, including planting, pruning, watering, fertilizing, and pest control.

2. Maintain and enhance the overall appearance and health of plants, trees, and green areas.

3. Monitor and assess the condition of plants, identify diseases or issues, and take appropriate actions.

4. Operate and maintain horticultural equipment and tools safely.

5. Collaborate with the team to develop and implement landscaping designs and projects.

6. Ensure proper irrigation and watering systems are in place and functioning effectively.

7. Maintain records of plant care activities, inventory, and garden layouts.

8. Provide recommendations for improvements and enhancements to green spaces.

9. Adhere to safety guidelines and practices while working in the field.

10. Stay updated on horticultural best practices and emerging trends.

**Qualifications**:
1. A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in horticulture or a related field.

2. Educational background: 10+2 with a Horticulture Course or ITI in a related field.

3. Strong knowledge of plant care, landscaping, and horticultural techniques.

4. Ability to operate horticultural equipment and tools.

5. Knowledge of local plant species and their specific care requirements.

6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

7. Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

8. Good communication and teamwork skills.

9. A genuine passion for horticulture and the environment.
