**Experience**: 0- 3 Yrs Experience

**Responsibilities**:
**Nutritinal Assesment**:
Ø Nutritional assessment of all in patients on daily basis

Ø To plan specific therapeutic diet for all patients based on the disease.

**Dietary services**:
Ø To ensure right diet reaches the right patient as per the plan

Ø To check the quality of food and general hygiene and record the same in the log book

Ø To communicate all in between food requirement to F&B

**Coordination with the F&B**

Ø To give written instructions and monitor all meal services

**Documentation**:
Ø To document the nutrition assessment

Ø To record nutritional plan for all the patient

Ø To document patient and family education

**Diet Counseling**:
Ø Responsible for discharge diet counseling for all in and out patients

**_Any other jobs assigned by superior due to exigencies of work._**

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
