COLLECTION EXECUTIVE
- Age: 30+
- Experience: Minimum 6 years’ experience in managing and collection of outstanding’s

from accounts receivables in a manufacturing company
- Location: Andheri, Mumbai
- Gender: Female
- Allocation: New Placement
- Reporting structure: Sr.Manager Accounts & Finance
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or a similar field.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reviewing the company debtor list on daily basis
- Identify outstanding account receivables
- Investigate historical data of defaulting customers and identify patterns to break them and bring

positive change in customers payment patterns
- Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills.
- Negotiating suitable payment plans.
- Maintaining customer payment records.
- Preparing customer financial statements for banks and the state credit department.
- Writing final notice warnings to customers when payments are not being made.
- Responding to customer queries.
- Resolve customer credit issues
- Analyze and look into pending credit and debit notes for the customers
- Prepare and present daily, weekly and monthly reports for each sales person and collectively for

the management

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
