Currently hiring for Procurement Executive at Andheri, Mumbai.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the procurement of cylinders, valves, safety equipment, and refilling accessories.
- Source vendors for raw materials such as oxygen, nitrogen, argon, and other industrial gases.
- Maintain inventory levels and place timely orders to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow.
- Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, delivery, and cost metrics.
- Ensure procurement compliance with safety and regulatory standards relevant to gas handling.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
- Assist in budgeting and cost control related to procurement activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial gases environment.
- Good understanding of procurement and supply chain processes.
- Familiarity with industrial safety standards and handling pressurized gases is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and procurement/ERP systems (Tally, SAP, etc.).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Work Schedule & Benefits**:
